Maison Floribel offers three studios and an apartment, all self-contained, air-conditioned and opening onto the garden. Together they sleep 1 to 10 guests. The terraces and sun loungers are made for breakfast outdoors before a walk down to the beach.

Cros de Cagnes
A fishing village between Nice and Antibes
The Tuesday and Thursday market, the little Saint-Pierre church by the water, the fishermen’s boats and the promenade running from Nice to Antibes: everything is within walking distance of the house.
Locals here swim all year round. The neighbourhood has kept an authentic feel, away from the busier tourist spots on the coast.

What to know before you book
What time are check-in and check-out?
Florence welcomes guests between 4 pm and 8:30 pm. On your day of departure, please leave the accommodation by 10:30 am. Let her know your arrival time in advance.
Is there parking?
Yes, on request and subject to availability: there are three spaces in front of the house, in Allée des Lauriers Roses, a closed private cul-de-sac. Otherwise, the Matteï pay car park (13 Passage de la Grève) is a 3-minute walk away.
Can I get there without a car?
Easily: the bus stops and the train station are a 2-minute walk from the house, and Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 4 km away.
Is breakfast included?
No, it is available on request all year round from 8:30 am: €15 per person, served in your room or in the garden.
How many guests can you host?
Each studio sleeps 1 or 2 people and Gîte l'Olivier sleeps 2 to 4. The whole house can host up to 10 guests.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
